A few months ago, my yeshiva went to NJ for a Shabbaton. During the meal on Shabbat day, while we were singing together, a bochur ran onto he table on with tears in his eyes said that he had enough and wanted to commit suicide. I knew the bochur from before and I knew that he was suffering from anxiety and other things. He was suffering a mental breakdown. Shmu Fishman gave him a huge hug and for a few minutes they stayed like that. I do not know how much of an impact that had on him, but I do know that it was big. Baruch Hashem, the Bochur is doing much better today.
